In 1996 I.R.P Industrial Rubber Ltd. recognized the value of incorporating a formal quality assurance program into it's customer service system.
The original program was certified in September 1997 following the guidelines set out by ISO 9002-1994 standards. The program has more recently been updated to the newly released ISO 9001-2008 standards.
